Delivery and returns


The goods are delivered according to the delivery method selected when placing the order. Our transport partners are:

DPD Pick-Up parcel machines - parcel machine delivery across Estonia.
Itella Smartpost parcel machines - parcel machine delivery across Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania
Omniva parcel machines - delivery of parcel machines across Estonia.
DPD Courier - delivery to your chosen address by courier across Europe.
Orders are delivered within Estonia within 3-5 working days, elsewhere in Europe within 5-10 working days.

The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery, and be refunded (except for delivery costs).

The purchased product cannot be returned in case it was produced considering consumer's personal needs or in accordance with the conditions presented by the consumer. We cannot accept returned goods that have been used and that are not in the original packaging.

In case of campaign products when there have been extras added to the ordered goods, the whole set has to be returned. To return the goods, you have to send an e-mail to the following address: The e-mail has to include the following information: returnable product, order number, and bank account number where the client wants the money transferred. The money paid for the product will be returned to the buyer's bank account immediately, but not later than within 30 days of the seller receiving the notice about the buyer backing out of the contract.

In case the ordered goods do not comply with the conditions established in the contract, do not correspond to the samples, or have defects, the buyer has the right to file a complaint and return the product. In case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to file a complaint within 2 (two) weeks of the delivery date. The complaint has to be filed immediately, but not later than within 2 (two) weeks of establishing the defect.

To avoid problems later, the consumer should keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc) to prove that the product has been bought from Lumimo e-shop. Without a document of proof, the seller/customer support has the right to leave the problem unsolved. In case of defective goods, the customer has the right to insist on repairing the product or replacing it with a new one. The seller is not responsible for the defects caused by inadequate handling, maintenance, or corrupting the product.
